As part of our project ‘Recipes for Gender Equality’, NWC is exploring Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and family leave policies in Ireland and across Europe. We want to better understand how we can build integrated childcare and leave systems that advance gender equality, are inclusive for marginalised groups, and that work for women, children, families and parents, educators and providers across Ireland.
