Recipes for gender equality – learnings from Europe on work life balance and public early childhood education and care
Join us on the 26th November for an exciting and unique conference exploring Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and family leave policies in Ireland and across Europe. This event centres on how we can build integrated ECEC and leave systems that advance gender equality, are inclusive for marginalised groups, and that work for women, children, families and parents, educators and providers across Ireland.
With a mix of keynote speakers, academic voices, expert panels, and civil society representatives – from both Ireland and across the EU – we’ll examine how Ireland can build an integrated, inclusive, and affordable public ECEC system, that is complemented by adequate and effective family leave protections.
